About Imaginarium

Imaginarium is a work-in-progress NT-inspired operating system written in the Zig programming language, supporting ACPI-based systems on the x86_64 and aarch64 architectures.

Work on Imaginarium has been ongoing since January 17, 2024, and the source code is available on codeberg under the terms of the Mozilla Public License Version 2.0.

Building and running Imaginarium requires only zig and qemu to be installed.

Imaginarium is alpha software, and functionality may break at any time.
